There are signatures shops in the TBT Marketplace, that's where most people get their signatures from
Just look for one with Signatures/Sigs/Graphics in their title.

And if you're short on TBT or just want to make it yourself, many people use photoshop; you can get a free 30 day trial and that should be plenty of time to make a signature ^^
