Buying Can someone good at photoshop clean up my mayor ref for me? :3

So I really want to have a nice ref for my mayor, but long story short I lost my old Photoshop Elements program on CD and I refuse to pirate it. and I can't figure out GIMP for the life of me, so I need help!

Here are the 3 images for my reference. I'd like all 3 put together (left, middle, right facing) in one image:

Also please smooth out the pixels on the outside edges!

I already put them through waifu2x but if you think you can make them look better or if you need the originals, let me know and I can send them!


And here are 2 background patterns I like. You can decide which one looks better! OR if neither fit well, you can just leave it the same shade of pink as my mayor's clothes.
