It would get you a lot further to acquire 50 forums bells and trade someone for the 10mil that way, than to beg for it straight up. A great way to rack up some forums bells is to join in some conversations in Brewster's Cafe.

You shouldn't be begging on the forum. It would be better to get involved like others mentioned. There are even threads of generous people who are willing to help newcomers. You just have to actually look around the forum. Begging in more than one thread will just come off as annoying.
