Can someone confirm if the "moved out" villager glitch has been fixed?

I have a bunch of dupe recipes laying around but I was so nervous to engage in any kind of online play.
Has this glitch been patched?

Some people have been reporting they've done online trading after the patch to test it out and the villagers were perfectly fine after ending the session! Let's wait and see if more people post but it does look like it's been fixed!

Oh that's great.
My only worry is that the glitch wasn't always evident right after the trade.
I believe some people reported that it took many days/even months in some cases (for those TT'ing).
