I've been visiting towns and noticed some have different colored or designed places like the train station or mayors office... How do you get that? And is a fairy tale bridge a requested PwP ?

If you get a perfect town rating, you can renovate your town hall.

If you get over 100 visitors to your town, you can renovate the train station.
Unfortunately they both cost a fair bit of bells, so choose wisely!

The fairytale bridge is a PwP requested by peppy villagers

For the colors, they can affect town hall and town station. It is all because Nintendo wanted towns unique.

and to add on to this, the color of your train station/town hall comes with your town the same way your native fruit does - it's totally random.
