Can Powersaves 'restore' villagers?

Let's say I have a town with Stitches and Margie, and Margie decides to move out. (Yeah I know it's not possible for a villager to move out in a town of 2.) I create a backup with powersaves right before. NowI TT to Margie's Moving date where she is in boxes, and I create a Backup again. Now Margie has moved out, can I restore a back up to any of those times and Margie will be in a state where she has not or is not planning to move/moved? Would anything happen to Stitches?

I've been trying to look for answers but I haven't found any, so if this has been said, sorry!

Well, it can restore saves. If you used it before your villager left then yes. Just click the file that you backed up before, the villager moved! Simple!
