Can K.K. Slider become a villager?

I got a wolf link amiibo and I got him to move in my town, can I do the same with K.K. Slider? I don't have the amiibo but I just want confirmation from someone that owns it.

NPC villagers cannot move into your town.

Because how would they do what they usually do if they lived in your town?

You can however, get a load of items from his RV if you scan in a K.K. slider amiibo.

None of the NPC Animal Crossing amiibos can move into your town.
