Can I visit someone's Shampoodle/Gracie?

So I recently reset my second town and it has nothing on it
I already visited my other shampoodle but I would like to change my hair color. Also, if you have a Gracie store I would love to see what clothes are for sale.

If anyone is free to let me come visit, I'd really appreciate it.
