Can I use your qr machine?

What you CAN do is ask a person to copy the qr code and put it in their designs and then the person travels to your town and puts the design in your Able sisters shop

But the Ables only allow you to put your own designs in their shop. QR scans can't be put on mannequins.

You should find an online pattern tool, upload the QR file (hope it gets accepted) and copy the colours to your game. Or simply spend 10 days talking to Mable.
