Can I Redo the Harvest Festival?

This goes for all holidays, really..
Can I time travel back and redo them in the same year, or no?

I don't know why I'm so curious about it.. It was too much work for me, so I don't really want to, but my friends do since they forgot about it and came in so late they didn't provide any secret ingredients...

When I was TTing Nibbles out and moved back to the current date, the harvest festival started again.

I'm pretty sure that you can do Bunny Day once every year.

I tried to TT back to redo it, but there were no extra rocks/balloon presents/other items indicating easter eggs spawning. Zipper was in the Town Plaza, but that was it.

But as for Festivale, I was TTing around with it to get Rosie out and the feathers always popped up :/
