Okay so this is the bridge my town started with. i have my house on one side and Fuchsia's house on the other side. The plan is I want to swap it for a different bridge design but I'm worried that if i tear it down, I might not be able to put a bridge back in the same spot and Isabelle would be like nah mate, it's too close to your neighbour D;

Unfortunately, I don't think so. Isabelle is really picky when it comes to bridges. I think your character's house is far away enough, but I think it's too close to Fuchsia's.

Yeah i thinks that also has to do with it. Because if both were there to start with it should be possible. As the game would make it fitting by default? If she moved in after then it could be that isabelle is going to complain.

Unfortunately, no. Fuchsia moved in after I had created the town.
