Can I have this account deleted?

So I would like to make a new account but can't because the rule that says one account only, maybe if I have this account deleted. Would it be OK to make a new account and to have a fresh start? Please reply.

It is not possible. I'm not a mod, so I don't have final say, but it's 99.9% chance you'll just have to stick with the account that you have now.
