can i get the rare purple sunrise during summer months?

i did not think that the season changed the chances of the rare sunrises/sunsets

I'd imagine you can get the rare sunrise any day in the year.

I believe you can get the purple or red sunrises/sunsets any time of year. I just had the red/orange sunset yesterday and it was amazing!
