Can bushes grow right next to trees?

That happened to me to, but it was too close to my house, and the street light, so had to move it, but they do grow beside tree's.

oh holy rolaids i did not know that was a thing that could happen! I'm so glad you have blessed me with this information! I wanted to use bamboo but didn't like how it looked with a bunch next to it, so this solves my problem!

Remember though, that bamboo can't be planted next to a tree. Only a bush.
The single space (like trees) applies. ^_^

of course! they can grow next to any type of tree (bamboo, cedar, sapling, fruit trees)

beware though, there's a 12-chain limit of trees and bushes next to each other or just bushes. sometimes trees and bushes refuse to grow in some spots as well.

they can!! it's not a new feature though, i've had bushes and trees adjacent to each other since long before the update
