Can anyone else's 3DS read this QR code?

So, I'm really liking this path but It's frustrating me so much because my 3DS won't read the third QR code down. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yep, these QR codes have been resized and they're all messed up. Don't worry, I have google skills!
