Can a villager move out if I already asked her to stay?

Very early on Kiki wanted to move, and I asked her to stay. Now I want to send her to a friend, will she ask me to move again or will she stay with me forever?

she definitely wont stay with you forever but it might take a while for her to ask again

Kiki will ask to move out again. However, islanders take rather a long time to move out naturally and it's quite random who wants to leave. Even with time travelling, it could take 30 minutes (if you're lucky) to 5 hours (if you're unlucky). But, if you have Amiibos, you can just take three days to kick her out.

I read around that every 10-15 days or so one villager want to move out, I will have to wait then :3
Edit: I read that you can force her out with random camping villagers
