I'm thinking of getting all the Octopi villagers and I want their houses aligned. Could I get one of them to move in this space? I'm thinking maybe it's too close to to the other houses. Genji's house is on the left and Marina's is on the right, but they're both dreamies :(. If I can't then I'll probably just stick to having Marina and Zucker but it would b awesome to have all 3 of them! xD

Yep! it looks like it. To be sure use the picture below & keep in mind the orange can't overlap

I'm thinking no. the best way to see if a villager will fit is to stand right in the middle of where u want their house to be and set down a fake path of 9 squares to represent their house. U need a 2 space border between their house and the other villagers houses for him to be able to fit.

^ I think this is how yours would look as the farthest right villager is up a space.

X's are the villagers house and s's are the space between. Hope that helps. :)

Hmm, seems kinda risky, I might get Genji to move to one of my other towns and get Hamlet to move into this town and plot him somewhere else xD

If you doubt it you can try to make a new character and see if Tom Nooks fits your house in there? If it works a house will definetly fit!

A human character's house is 5 spaces wide while a villager's house is only 3 spaces wide, so villagers can plot in some areas where you can't put a house.

Zucker and Octavian's houses. There's three spaces between them.

I somehow got all three octopus villagers to move in next to each other in my town Rhubarb. But,yeah, like DaCoSim said you need at least two spaces between houses and from your screenshot it looks like you'd only have one space between.I thought I'd post these screenshots anyways so you could get an idea of what their houses might look like in your town.If you have a Dream Suite you can visit my dream town: Rhubarb DA-5000-5558-1449
