I was redoing some paths when two villagers had a conversation and one of them changed into that cherry varsity looking jacket to match the other one. And well, it looked really cute! Then I got to thinking of giving my town a college campus sort of vibe. Has anyone seen any towns or has a town like this? I was entertaining the idea and PWPs for it.

My town isn't a college town theme. I do have a college campus house.
Campus Notebook Series is in one room. 7-11 is to the left. There is a sloppy room on the right.
The top floor has different beds and each has numbers on them. I used the One to Eight Ball tee shirts.
Made matching stools that go in front of their beds. Put a few mystery bags on the ground. They look like laundry bags.
Added a suitcase or two the room.
The basement still isn't finished. The stools, alpine wall squares and sofas have ball tee on them. There is a pool table and a few other items.
In the back room I have a Star Trek room for fun.

I would love to see how your town turns out if you make it a college campus theme! You could have one or two houses be "dormitories", have another house be a cafeteria/food court. Another house could be classrooms and a library, etc. You should also build the coffee shop maybe in the central area of your town, and build benches around it for you to sit and drink your coffee. There are all kinds of things you could do!

Just saying Frita's house could be the caf? lol. My second character is going to have a bakery in their house/a mall/the 7-11 set and most of my villagers are bunched together in one part of my town so that can be the dorms lol.

i love original town ideas like this! you should do it. you could use the big screen thing and the trash can and definitely the police station and cafe. if you decide to do it, please post pictures c:
