Campsite Villager Opinions

I need a little help with my villager selection. I am currently looking for Grizzly and Apollo, both cranky villagers, so with the campsite method I can more effectively get them. I had my first visitor today in an attempt to use this method, it was the new villager Cyd. I am tempted to keep him, try out someone new, but I just don't know if it's a good idea. So can I get some opinions?

i'd say keep going just because apollo is amazing ♡♡♡
if you like though, i have his amiibo so i can always cycle him out for you aha

I say take Cyd and keep him for a while to see if you like him! You can always kick him if you don't like him!

I would say if you like Cyd, keep Cyd. He doesn't have an amiibo so he's harder to come by. I personally would keep resetting for another villager which is why I voted for Apollo, since he's one of my favorite cranky villagers. But def keep Cyd if you like him.

Tbh keep Cyd, you don't like him? sell him and use the money to get apollo.

I'd keep Cyd! He's cool and new! A breath of fresh air in my opinion!

Though it's tempting to get someone new, you should ask yourself if that's who you really want. Once you ask Cyd to move in, it'll be much harder to find the other 2 with the campsite method. That being said if you're okay with Cyd, Apollo and Grizzly should be more widely available if you want to find them later.
