Campsite Villager and A Other Town Villager in boxes

I Got a Guest Villager in my full town of 10 Villager. Can i use the Campsite villager to kick someone out of my town and then go to my friend island to grab a Villager in boxes?

No. You need an empty plot to ask someone to move. Your camper will put someone in boxes and the next day the plot will be marked as sold to your camper
