Campsite Troubles

I keep campsite resetting and no one shows up 90% of the time! Is there any guaranteed days campers will show up?

Yeah. sometimes a bunch of campers will show up in a row, sometimes there's no one for a long time :/ it seems to be totally random

As far as I know, it's completely random. I actually found Molly in my campsite! 0-0 She was adopted in my cycling town, so if you'd like to watch for her, you can.
I've never found a villager multiple times in my campsite. Was there anybody in your campsite between the times you found Scoot? O:
