I have beardo in my campsite and my bf really wants him, is it possible he can invite beardo to live in his town or only i can invite him to live in my town?

you can only invite him to live in your town. :c

If you have space you can invite him, then when he tries to leave your town, your BF can talk with him (if he has space) and he'll move to his town... If that makes sense
