campsite question!!

i currently have 10 villagers in my town. every time a villager sets up at my town’s campsite, i never get the chance to ask them to move in, no matter how much i talk to them or play games with them. is this bc i have the maximum amount of villagers and if so, what can i do so that i can somehow get this campsite villager to move in?

Yes. New villagers cant move in unless you have an open plot the day you ask them. So for a camper to move in you must have 9 villagers or less in your town.

Yes, you cant invite them unless you have 9 villagers in your town. There is no way around it, sadly. I guess the only way is to let one of your current villagers move out so that next time you get a camper you will have space to invite them
