Campsite and Cafe placement?

i made this map of pajamas when thinking about where i might place my campsite, cafe and police station and i was hoping to get some opinions? would you place anything differently? where would you put an orchard? i'd love any ideas you all have!

some things to note: i don't plot reset, current villagers are not permanent and i'd like to keep the top left free for my flower field

In my opinion
Cafe should go in front or right of the Re tail
The police station and Town hall is good
About the Campsite,i dont have any ideas since im plot resetting and im planing to put it next to those houses
Ochards look better in the down part of the town,since there more stuff there
