Campers won't move in?

Just keep talking to them. I don't know if every villager does this (I know Kody didn't, he accepted my invitation to move the first time I offered) but with Patty I had to play charades with her twice before she would move in. (lost my watering can to her the first time... that *****)

I had Lucky in my campsite and I talked to him for two hours with my mayor and he always told me he doesn't want to leave his town. I didn't want to give up and restarted the game and chose to play as my second character.
It took me less than 10 minutes to convince him to move into my town. xD

It took me three attempts to get Agent S. She kept on saying she was the most popular trendsetter in her home town, so she just couldn't do it! But then she finally agreed to the rock, paper, scissors game, and I won.

The only cranky I have is Butch.

As for Peanut, my peppies are Bangle and Victoria. Oh, and maybe Twiggy; I think she's a peppy.

No idea what Nan is.

I just got Willow and I had to ask her for almost a half hour over and over again! It can seriously take forever but if you want them bad enough just keep asking and asking and asking...you get the picture.
