I Time traveled ahead one day, and to my surprise Diana was in my camp! She's now moving to my town, but if I TT back one day, will that cause her to not move to my town?

WOW are you for real? so if I start a public works today and pay it off, then go back in time 1 day and start a new public works and then pay it off and move back a day I will have 2 public works paid for and ready to go even though I move backwards in time? LOL!! that just tears at the fabric of time and space.
