Rules are simple:
First come first served even with tier ones, no reservations but stalking is allowed (gets notified immediately when a villager pinged to move)
30 min before voiding, even with tier ones
No dream proof required but preferred
Must have space in town when adopting!
Shake trees, get flowers, pull weeds, go nuts
NO GUARANTEES on originality
Tips are liked but not needed :3
