Giveaway Cailey's Holiday Present Pick-Up ~

oh wow I'm cheesy, I promise cailey clause sounded better in my head..

ANYWHO.......

I tried making another style of giveaway the other night and I got overwhelmed and I apologize to those who entered that one. This one, however, I'm excited about. To the left of my train station, I have a bunch of wrapped gifts in which each person can take two of. In these gifts, there's a variety of DLC, hybrids, rare furniture items (gracie, snowman, cardboard, etc.), 99k bell bags, golden tools, various wetsuits, and lots more!​

sooo here's the deal everyone! to enter, you MUST include the words "mayor cailey is the bomb" to signal to me that you have read my towns rules AND you must give me a brief little paragraph about what you and your family do for the holidays! ANY EDITING TO YOUR POST WILL NOT LET YOU COME INTO MY TOWN BECAUSE OF PAST INCIDENTS, SORRY! if you read the rules and did what I asked, however, you'll receive some awesome gifts. the rules include: no talking to villagers, no running, only two gifts per person, have me added after you enter, be ready to come quick, leave me a wifi rating after, and open gifts when you get home not in my town. also, when you arrive, do not start. I will do this in waves of three so you must wait for all three people in your wave to be in my town and I will give the OK to start!

you are more than welcome to post what you got on this thread and to thank me, etc. no tips are required but always appreciated. I am in desperate need of pink carnations and pink hydrangea starts. also, be patient. I may not get to all of you tonight, and gifts are limited.

Oh my, can I come over!

My family usually go down to my Aunt's house for Christmas Eve and exchange gifts with my father's side of the family. Then on Christmas Day, in the morning my family open up gifts and stockings in the morning, then we go to my mother's parent's house to celebrate with a Christmas lunch/dinner!

Well my mom takes my brother and I over to our grandparents' house on the 24th every year to sit around, eat, and basically just hang out. It's normally just me, my brother, my grandma, grandpa, my mom, my aunt, my uncle, and sometimes my cousins since nobody else really wants to come, heh. After eating dinner, we gather around the tree and open up pre-Christmas gifts that all of us have given to each other. It's a fun time and I can't wait to do it soon.

For Christmas, I have to get up at 6 am for work and my shift ends at 1 pm. My boyfriend and I are planning to go ice-skating along with my little sister. After that, we will go eat out at Capstone Tea & Fondue. I'm excited because the Christmas decorations are always the best at the downtown area. When we are done, I will be at my grandma's house along where the whole family comes over. Uncles, aunts, cousins, etc. will all gather to celebrate. Sadly my boyfriend can't attend because he has to celebrate dinner with his family. c:

We would hang around Christmas decorations from the exterior, such as the door to enter, to the inside, we would hang stockings in front of our electric heater (we don't have a chimney) and hang around the Christmas Tree to wait until it's midnight. We prepare eggnog. Our TV shows the Christmas timer (http://www.xmasclock.com/) and plays a Christmas Playlist (via Spotify) and would get Spotify Premium to prevent Spotify from playing ads. At midnight, we would immediately unwrap gifts and drink eggnog.

We usually just hang out (watch Christmas-related movies, have a special dinner, and then open presents later in the evening). The next day, or Christmas Day (the 25th) is when we typically head over to my grandparents house to spend the day with more extended family, such as my aunt and uncle, along with my grandparents. It is usually another fun time with a special dinner and such.

Every year since I can remember, my family and i always go to my grandmother's house for christmas. sometimes we go up on the 23rd, sometimes we go up on the 24th.
on christmas eve I always open up a small gift and then open up all my presents the next morning. :3
