Cafe Placement

I've picked out two potential placements of my cafe but can't decide. Looking for opinions.



P is where the police station is going, two c's are my two chosen locations.

I like the one on the right side of the small pool.

I like the one by the pond. The building eats a fair amount of space, so you'd want it a distance from the police station, or it might hide it/make landscaping difficult.

I'm thinking The Roost Cafe might look good not where you suggested but on the east side of the river that is next to widest curve. I'm referring to that part of the river with a width that can't have a bridge placed across it. That way, if you ever move bridges (whether it's movement of current styles or picking new bridge designs), you wouldn't have to be worried if The Roost Cafe is too close to a given bridge.

I recommend that area, without having visited your town in a Dream Address (to know if anything is currently there), because part of what appeals with placement of The Roost Cafe is if it is not located too close to other villagers' houses; other humans' houses; and that The Roost Cafe would be in area in which it cannot help but stand out.

I like the one on the right, because a cafe in real life would be so peaceful next to a river!
