Cafe placement, help?

Okay, I marked with pink the possible places for a cafe that I'm unsure of (they both fit in those places)
I need help deciding if it should be one of those spots or a different one.
I also marked a future bridge and crossed out one that won't be there for long.

Any help would be great! Since it's permanent, I want to try to be sure.

-The top one is on one side of the pond and on the other is my restaurant house
-The bottom one is by the waterfall with ramp down to the beach

I'd go by the pond, for sure. It wouldn't be in the way and it would make the pond a nice centerpiece.

You don't have a lot in the top half of your town, so if you're thinking of building paths, go with somewhere north (Just not near the pond, trust me, PWP near lakes almost never work out-at least for me, but everyone's different). I think to the right of the train station would be nice because it expands in that area, ya' know?

I have a small spot open near the right of the train station with clovers/stone path that ends randomly, because it's supposed to lead to the police station that I plan to build there when I get it recommended! And after that small spot, all a long the railroad tracks are perfect peach trees, so it can't be too close up there. I can consider more of the middle of the top half, just to the right of the planned bridge but more upwards.

I think it would look very nice by the waterfall near the bottom of the map. You'd also be able to make some sort of cute garden around it and it'll have its own area as opposed to being right next to a pond. You'll have more freedom with how you want it to look imo. Either way, I wish you good luck on your town and I hope you're happy with whichever location you end up choosing! ^^

I'd either put it up by the pond, or up by the train tracks if possible if you want an alternate location, so that it isn't smack in the middle of things.

You could put it between retail and town hall and create a mini main street area.

If you're set on one of the two places I would go by the pond.

That's kind of what I was thinking~
I got the idea because I was in a dream town months ago, and they had a ramp exactly the way I do (But the one to the very left beach) and they put their police station in front of it, which I wanted to do something like that but that particular ramp area has a curved cliff that makes it to where it can't be in front of it and there's was able to. They decorated it so nicely too. My alternative was the bottom ramp with the cafe and the waterfall was a plus! Wasn't sure if it'd seem too awkward, but it fits perfectly u.u Thank you for your opinions and luck though <3

That would be cute! Only problem is I haven't even made a path from the town hall to the retail yet because the pond by retail makes it awkward, so the path would have to curve below that pond or around retail to the other side, or just be a really small path to connect to retail with the pond there. Thanks for recommending ^_^
