-Villager auctions last for 1 hour after starting bid.

Villagers that aren't reserved are not first come first serve unless they are tier 5. The highest bid after an hour will get them. If a villager is tier 5, you can claim them for free at any time.
Tier 1: sb 1mil (10mil buyout)
Tier 2: sb 600k (5mil buyout)
Tier 3: sb 300k (1mil buyout)
Tier 4: sb 100k (750k buyout)
Tier 5: Free

NOTE//Reservations are a down payment of 100k. If you have a villager reserved, I will PM you once they ping, and you will have 4 hours to claim them. After that, I will post publicly. If you have a villager reserved, your payment is 50k less than the starting payment. You can drop the 50k bells off at the time of reservation or pay in full when in boxes.
