Cabana set Question

So, I have pretty much the entire Cabana set other than the flooring and wallpaper. I've heard that the floor and wall are rare, but do they only appear if you go to the Club Tortimer island? I've been searching on my personal island for months and have yet to find it.

I'd appreciate any help!

You can get both at your own personal island.

Personally, the floor has appeared for me but the cabana wall hasn't, so I had to buy one on TBT.
