Buying Cabana Lamp and Dresser

Those are the last two (minus the flooring) Cabana items that I need for my set.
I have no idea what the going rate for them is, but all I ask is that you be fair with me.

If you happen to have the flooring as well I will buy it from you as well!

I just checked, and it looks like I mixed up the dresser with the bookcase! Sorry about that. If you don't have that though you can have it for 40k

I was able to hunt down the lamp. I now only need the dresser and the flooring.
