Buying turnips from Joan, what is the lowest price you have seen?

As the title says, I am curious to what is the lowest turnip price you have seen buying turnips from Joan?

For me it 90 bells. But I have heard someone once had 38 bells, but I am not sure if its true or false.

The lowest I've seen is 90 bells, I don't think I believe the 38 bells.
I heard it's between 90-110 but that's just something I read somewhere and I'm not 100% sure if it's true.

Though I have had a price higher than 110, I think it was either 112 - 113.

Yeah, exactly this. 38 is believable for Re-Tail buying them, but not for buying the actual turnips.
