It isn't catalogable, and when you click on it, you pick up the phone and dial a fake psychic phone line thing. It doesn't do anything, but it is an item that I grew fond of while playing on WW.

Mainly because nobody has one, and if they do, they'd definitely want more than what you're offering.

That item is very rare and very awesome. I doubt anyone really wants to part with it for such a low price.
