Um, there's an entire tbt marketplace in this forum. You just can't start a thread in this section to buy with tbt only.

You are more then welcome to accept TBT bells on this forum. The rules state that you cannot create an exclusively TBT bell thread (as they belong in the TBT forum).
So you won't get in any 'trouble' for accepting mantis's offer
