Buying BUYING ROSES (EMERGENCY!!!)

(SAD/STUPID BACKSTORY(you can skip this lol))
I made a dumb decision when trying to fix my friends town awhile back by using hacks, nothing bad happened but I did remove a lot of the flowers moved all the houses into one area generalish area because I ended up using this as a trading town for a bit and yes, I know, Im disappointed in myself too. Im trying to make things better because she said she wanted her game back to play once again. Currently im trying to recreate her town to be very similar to the old one but better. If you have any advice on what i should do to try to fix this that would be cool. But yeah thats the end of my dumb story.
