Buying Buying or trading Harvest foods

i am in desperate need of a Lobster. They are exremely rare and i havent caught one all day
please help

I don't think it's possible to trade fish only advice I can give on lobsters is only look out for fast moving, large-sized shadows. They're hard to catch up to but if you just focus your time on the big shadows you can catch one eventually.
