Hello! I am looking to buy the Monocle hat, and it has not become available yet in any of the shops I can buy it at. I know it is not rare so I am not willing to pay a lot, but I will pay for it if someone were to buy it and sell it to me.
EDIT: I am also buying the Top Hat along with the Monocle. The Top Hat and Monocle have both not become available in any of my shops yet.
