Basically the cats will give you an increased chance of catching rare fish and bugs.

If you do fung shei + use the lucky cat items then you'll get a really high HRA score and get a quite high chance of catching rare fish and bugs.

Your corrrect! You do get a house model.

It does not give you luck... it adds 7,777 HRA points if you have it in your house.
A lot of other items give you the same bonus like: the Arwing, Master sword, Triforce, Treasure chest, all the lucky cats, and alot of other items!
