Buying Classroom Stuff!

Hey guys, I decided to make my new basement a classroom! I kinda got the idea from Bloodywolf....

So, I need the following items:

Desk- will pay 10k
Clasroom Wall- will pay 15k
Lab Floor- will pay 5k (they are pretty common)
Office Lockers- will pay 5k each
Chalkboard- will pay 15k

I want 4 office lockers, so that makes 65k in total for everything...

The prices are negotiatable.

If there are any other furniture items that I don't know about that would look good in a clasroom theme, please tell me!
