i'd say the last, i've seen them being sold multiple times lately ..
It should be meant as hacked because Nintendo forgot to put it in the game and some hackers found the code for it.
yeah it is only a half hacked and my dad PMed storm and asked if half hacks were allowed and storm said they were.
