This shop sells bells for TBT - I bought from them the other day and it was very easy.

TBT is basically just the forum currency. You get it through posting and other ways. You can see how much you have next to 'Bells' under your username on the left. When you buy something with it you just click on another user's TBT count and give how much is needed.
