TBT are the bells you get for posting on the forums- you can see how much you have underneath your picture there, or if you go up to the currency tab. To trade them you click on the bells in the currency tab and just, change the name under "To Account" to whoever you're sending them to, and then include the amount and hit submit. You should get a PM if it went through saying you spent so many TBT. I hope that's what you meant by you don't know how it works, otherwise oops! Maybe the explanation will help someone xD
