buying and selling turnips

I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on bettering this system for turnip selling? Or if you think I could word it better, or clearer, as English isn't everyone's first language?

How to make the most out of this:

1 - know that what you put in your locker, or the closets in your town will be in the locker of the train station of my town.
2 - empty your locker! just dump that stuff all over your town, as long as you clean it up before end of day you won't ruin your perfect town rating or whatever your objection to doing this is.
3 - go to the atm in the post office, (or your house if you have one) and take out all the money you can.
4 - go to where ever Joan is and dump all but one or two of the money bags on the ground, because you can't buy turnips unless you have empty spaces in your inventory or whatever you want to call it.
5 - buy all the turnip you can fit in your inventory
6 - go to your locker (or closet in your house, whichever is closest to joan) and put away all the turnips
7 - go back to where you dropped the money, pick up one or two bags, and buy more turnips
8 - repeat until you've either run out of money or filled your locker
9 - travel to my town (or whoever's town your selling your turnips in)
10 - having your inventory full of turnips, go straight to Re-Tail and sell those turnips
11 - go back to the train station, exchange the bell bags in your inventory for turnips, and also fill up the rest of the spaces too.
12 - repeat until you've sold all your turnips
13 - go home
14 - make trips between your locker and your atm to put away your new found wealth!
15 - if the host (me in this case) is willing, repeat the whole thing over again!

1. Find her and get the amount. Figure out the amount needed to fill your pockets.
Only take that amount out.
2. I carry a shovel and get ask a friend to come to my town. I try to get Joan as close to my house or to other house before buying.
Ask to buy but don't until your friend has dug hole around her. Try to get the holes as close to Joan as possible. We usually make another set to be safe. Once that done buy turnips and kick to fill the hole. Turn around quickly and make a hole. Better if your can get it closer to her. I've had the holes close enough that she couldn't move. I could stand outside the holes and talk to her.
3. Make an extra player that buys the turnips. She can take them to your friends town and drop them on the ground.
You can than come back and pick them up. Sell them and you'll get your badge faster. Since you didn't buy them all the bells earn goes to your badge.
