i can sort of make buttons... i know how.

jj, if you want, i could make a bottom for those.. or we could both do it and see who's works better or something.

heres a button background... jj could put the things onto this, and i'll make some sprites a little later.

unless jj makes a better background, this ones very simple... just some blending options to make it look woody. >_>

here's a rough draft, i'd need JJ to help with the text, because i'm really not good with text yet... all i did on that was used whatever font i had up and blurred it, just because its a rough draft and i dont care.

but yeah i finished the first sprite... i like it personally, dunno about you guys though.

for the record, the sprite cannot be bigger than that, it'd look weird.

this was made mainly to show the sprite.
 
Well what would it look like if you took a pic instead of a sprite of a character and shrank it to fit... I dunno...

It would look cheap, ********, lazy, and a discrace to art to do something like that.

trust me, a homemade sprite is cooler than a shrunk down picture.

and it looks perfectly clean on there.

you're using renders above homemade sprites. : (

and MY homemade sprites, those are rare, they rarely leave my computer. : O


really, you cant make renders look to good on buttons... it just doesn't work. : (
