Yes it's normal. They visit your shopping area after a certain period of time after moving away, although I can't remember how long.

Yes it's normal, after you kick them out of the town (like the ruthless mayor we all are), the villagers proceed to become hobos in the shopping district where you will have to see them until the day they walk into a van with "free candy" written on the side.

I was quite surprised the first time I saw Egbert (my first move-out) on main street... For a moment I actually thought that something was wrong with my game... lol

villagers that are voided go into a 16 villager cycle. So the last 16 villagers that moved out of your town will have a chance of appearing randomly in your main street/shops. I'm pretty sure

Yeah, I know it is. But many people get sick of repeated threads whether it's a forum or not, and whether it's a valid question or not.

Don't ask me why, because I don't mind these questions at all -- I'm glad people notice things like this (because some are just clueless and it's really annoying), but others hate repeated questions.

I've only seen two at once. In one town, it's only ever Lucha and Bones. In the other, it's typically Marshal and Alli. I saw Chief in that town once, so I had my mayor from the town to which he moved come over to catch him. The game removed him from Main Street when I arrived, and I haven't seen him back since. Don't know if the two are related.

Whilst I do agree with you partly, you could have worded it differently.

FFR: Use google/TBT search bar for simple questions.
