Bushes not growing???

My bushes on this side arent growing despite being under 13 limit and near no trees! why??

Sometimes there is just dead spots, not for any reason, it just happens. The only thing I've found that works is removing all the bushes in that line and planting one at a time, waiting for it to start growing before planting another and so on.

i've had areas that despite there being less than 12 bushes, some just wouldn't grow. it sucks.

There are unfortunately dead spots in every town where nothing but flowers can grow. You might try changing the pattern you've got going, and alternate bushes and flowers, making sure to cover your dead spots with flowers.

I hate dead spots, I have like 3 or 4 in my tree area, but no mather what I do, the trees always die there for some reason. I might change the trees place and plant less.

I have the same problem than you with bushes, it might help what Linktotheworld says.
