They are sold at the store on main street. There are a lot of different types though. You may wish to look them up on Thonky.com. I just bought the white azalea and blue hydrangea bush from the store for you. If You are on now, you can have them for free.

They're called bush starts and there is several deferents kinds.
They're sold at Leif's garden shop on Main Street. But you can only buy two a day ? unless you time travel.
It's easier to purchase them on here if you're looking to landscape your town quickly.
