Bumping Timespans?

This'll sound pretty dumb. So, everyone here should know that you shouldn't bump under 4 hours (8 hours under Amiibo stuff) However, it's the after I'm questioning about. Obviously, don't bump something that's 5 years ago. So, I'm just wondering if it's okay to bump something a few weeks old? I'm not entirely sure.

Yes, it's perfectly fine to do this in the scenario you're describing so long as the topic still has some sort of discussion value. Of course this wouldn't apply to a shop or selling thread created by someone else, but a general discussion thread is fine to bump if the topic interests you.
